​​This program was designed to advance the in-depth knowledge base of nurses and community providers when caring for pediatric patients with diabetes and the chronic health care issues connected with this disease. The practice gap is the need for education around emerging technology Continuous Glucose Monitoring and insulin pumps. The course will include lecture, panel discussions, case presentations, and Q&A to provide an optimal educational experience. This is a recorded program that offers school nurses asynchronous recorded content to be viewed when convenient for them.​
